My Story

I was born in Aberdeen, Scotland - hence the Celtic connection - I moved to the USA in 1997 and initially, I was not able to work, so looked for a new hobby to occupy my time.

A friend and I started a stained-glass class and I got hooked. For the first few years, I spent a lot of time making stained glass panels for friends and family, but then I discovered fusing.

I bought my first kiln in 2010, I now have 4 different sizes of kilns and a studio full of equipment to cut, grind, fuse, slump, shape, cold work, etch and display the glass pieces I create.

I love this medium so much, that I now offer small intimate classes of 2-6 students to pass along my skills and hopefully get other people to enjoy creating in glass.
